My good friend Courtney has a barn full of many horses. She's always someone I go to when I have a new photo idea to try or when I want to do some extra shooting for fun. When she showed me the pink blooming tree in her front yard, I knew I just HAD to get some photos there.
Within a day or two, she had arranged for her baby horses to come home from training for the weekend, and we had plans to get portraits of each of them with the beautiful spring flowers!
It was a jam packed even that included a mini engagement session, some group family photos of Courtney, her horses, and her people, and of course, the pink tree portraits. Horses and spring flowers are the best combination, and we both had a blast creating art with her ponies.
Simon (palomino half arab), Asher (black half arab), Moe (pinto national show horse) and Pep (the trusty old quarter horse).
